In childhood we all used to sing songs during trips, when sitting around a campfire, attending school celebrations, or even in choir. It always gave us a lot of pleasure and satisfaction, however with time we forgot all about it. Moreover, adults, who live in constant rush, often forget about the basic activity-proper breathing.
